My ideal clients are parents who are worried about their child or teen’s emotional well-being, behavior, or struggles at school and home. They may feel overwhelmed, unsure of what their teen needs, or concerned that previous supports haven’t fully helped. They want their child to feel more stable, confident, and understood—and they are looking for thoughtful, individualized care that addresses the root of what’s going on, not just surface behaviors. They value experience, discretion, and meaningful progress.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents and have over 10 years of experience as a licensed counselor and school counselor. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and provide evidence-based treatment. I also work with adults using an Existential and Cognitive-Behavioral approach to support emotional wellness.
As a parent myself, I understand how worrying it can be when a child struggles. I am a champion for getting help early to prevent bigger challenges. I enjoy sorting through the complexities of youth with Special Education and GATE differences. Mostly, I offer a calm, welcoming space where concerns are taken seriously and care is intentional.
