I am a recovered professional and provide coaching and counseling for eating disorders, addiction and chronic medical conditions. I am a treatment advocate for you and your family: I will help you create a roadmap for treatment and assist you in seeking and receiving that treatment. Having a chronic medical condition is stressful and can increase depression and anxiety. Many may even struggle with PTSD as a result of a prolonged or life-long illness. As someone with a chronic medical condition, I am here to support, work through your anxiety and coach you through difficult transitions including surgeries.
You can live a full life with your illness. Achieving long-lasting sobriety can seem daunting – as a clinician with long-term sobriety, I am here to walk this journey with you.
