I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and I’ve spent my career helping adults navigate the ups and downs that life throws at us. I've done a variety of social work. For the past decade, I’ve served as both a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist, supporting adults as they work toward meaningful mental health recovery and long-term wellbeing.
I enjoy helping people recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. I encourage hope through skill building and reducing negative symptoms. Specific skills can focus on specific problem areas. Some of my favorites are CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation from DBT skills.
