About
I am a counselor who has a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families through deep hurts and wounds. I have worked extensively with couples who are trying to repair their marriage. I have led divorce groups and helped individuals work through the process of divorce. I have worked with individuals who suffer with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, eating disorders, OCD, addictions, and anger issues. Life is tough. It takes us by surprise and off guard more times than we care to admit. My goal is to help you work through the "stuff" that hinders you everyday.
Letting go of the past & giving yourself permission to grieve or forgive yourself is the start of a new beginning. We all make choices that lead us down paths we wish we could undo. I will help guide you through this journey as you learn new techniques to approach life.
I use cognitive behavioral, Solutions focused, and Family systems theories while helping you through the process of healing. When we have the right tools and resources then we have the ability to cope with different situations that throw us off course. This renews our hope and our outlook on life.
