We will work together to develop goals for how you would like this process to benefit you and identify what being resilient looks like in your life.
I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for the treatment of past traumas, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) as a part of my therapeutic approach with individuals and families. I worked with adults, teens and adolescents to assist them in meeting their goals and building resiliency in life.
