I have been on my own recovery journey for anxiety, depression and trauma related symptoms and my goal is to provide support, tools and concepts to facilitate changes which can lead to a life where you can thrive instead of just survive. I have been in the field of social work for 30+ years and in the mental health, clinical field for 12+ years. I am an artist, a writer and an avid cat lover. I am married to my husband of 6+ years and we recently moved from Florida to Ohio to be near his family.

I believe that my own struggles, along with my education and experience create for me as a clinician the natural ability to connect with, provide empathy, understanding and a non-judgmental, safe place to begin or resume for you the ability to build a life worth living.

All of us struggle at times with life circumstances that can be compounded by daily stressors and responsibilities, as well as often times a layer of trauma to boot. None of us can do this life alone, though many times we want the world to believe "I've got this", which leads to loneliness and isolation.
