The individuals I work with may be struggling with mental health symptoms, substance use, or trauma and need support in developing strategies that will help them navigate through life more effectively. They want things to change (most of the time) and often need an ally to help them explore alternative ways of coping.

I work with individuals to develop skills to reach their goals by utilizing a combination of therapy practices to meet the needs of each individual person. Whether we meet in my traditional office setting or at the farm for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, we utilize principles of safety, connection, and regulation to effect change in a safe environment.

If you'd like to learn more about what I can offer, please feel free to contact me. I think it is important for both of us to feel comfortable working together and welcome an opportunity to talk and discuss what you're looking for and whether we can work together to achieve your goals.
