My clients are often intellectually curious, creatively driven individuals who have struggled to find spaces where they feel genuinely understood. Many are drawn to exploring deeper questions around identity, meaning, relationships, and the human experience. I frequently work with those who identify as the “black sheep” within high-achieving or complex family systems, as well as artists, performers, clinicians, and high-visibility professionals. You may be navigating trauma, anxiety, distrust, dissociation, identity exploration, unusual perceptual experiences, or the complicated intersection of visibility, success and isolation.

Together, we will work toward greater authenticity, connection, self-trust, and understanding. My approach integrates EMDR, psychodynamic and CBT-informed talk therapy, embodiment, and creative arts therapies. I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and extensive experience holding complex human experiences without judgment.

Many people spend years being asked to become “less”: less sensitive, less complicated, less intense, less vocal, less themselves. I believe meaningful therapy creates room to understand the parts of ourselves we have hidden, feared, or performed around.
