I’m a non-judgmental, relaxed psychotherapist dedicated to supporting those impacted by stress, depression, substance use, institutional trauma and abuse. I use a personalized mix of EMDR, talk therapy, somatic work CBT and creative arts. Whether you are first identifying needs, or re-evaluating your “go-to” responses, I am committed to our collaboration.

However difficulties manifest—self-sabotage; perfectionism; substance use; voices; depression; anxiety—I’m here for it. I provide support that leaves room for moments of joy and humor alongside the struggles.
