I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes Attachment work, EMDR, CBT, IFS and Wilderness/Nature Therapy. EMDR and Wilderness Therapy help with stress associated with traumatic memories and have been successful with PTSD, phobias, anxiety, OCD, and traumatic events.
