Hello and welcome. I know that finding the right person to work with can be a daunting task. I typically work best with people who are open and willing to try new approaches to self-discovery and healing. I believe that connection and a sense of belonging is key to any healing journey. That can start with our work together but also extends to acceptance and connection within yourself and with those around you. I also believe that ultimately, you are the expert in your healing journey. I am here to guide and support you on that journey.
I have 18+ years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in working with adults around issues of trauma, depression, substance abuse, and anxiety. I am also level 1 trained in the IFS model and also include somatic practice as appropriate.
In our first session together you can expect to be met with compassion and an open mind. We will talk about your goals for treatment, what has and has not worked for you in the past, and how we can proceed in our work together.
