I help clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship & life challenges, stress, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is to help you adapt and navigate a world that can feel overwhelming.
My approach addresses the WHOLE person (mind, body, and spirit). We will explore your strengths, values, and purpose while finding tools to help you overcome life’s obstacles. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT. I will support you and also challenge the barriers that get in the way of your growth.
