Do you feel alone, unable to move, anxious, or keyed-up? Are you torn between not liking yourself and feeling like the world is against you? Are you ready for something to be different - anything? I am here to support you. I truly believe in our innate instincts and abilities to heal and I want to help you find that healing space. I am an experienced therapist who specializes in building skills for responding to challenging behavior, finding relief from Trauma (big ones, small ones or chronic trauma), and actualizing life goals. I hold the mirror so you can see your own strengths.

Trained in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Neurofeedback, I am a firm believer in mind/body integrative approaches to respond to our hurts, fears, and anxieties. I am authentic, straight-forward, solution focused and compassionate. Your process is all about you and what helps you to feel better, do better, love better.

Trauma, stress, and cycles of dysfunction; We must cultivate a respect for our survival instincts. Yet, sometimes our survival instincts can override functionality in relationships and behavior. We do have the ability to integrate our natural resilience, our emotions, and our thoughts through self regulation, acceptance, and good ole' understanding.
