I am Tameka Boone, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked extensively with people diagnosed with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and disorders on the schizophrenia and personality disorder spectrums.
I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I utilize various treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and existential therapy.
