I have a passion for serving clients and families on their journey to growth and healing, especially the BIPOC community. As I believe no client or family is the same, I tailor my approach to fit their needs and goals for treatment. Pulling from a diverse array of career and educational experiences, I use a blend of treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Trauma-Informed approaches through a systemic lens that focuses on the individual and interaction patterns within their relationships.
I aim to walk alongside my clients, and, empower them in embracing their strengths, restoring hope, and overcoming challenges. I seek to know and learn from them as I believe they are experts in their experiences.
