I love supporting my clients learn how to live a life they want to live while effectively navigating through life's difficulties and challenges. I enjoy working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic mental health issues, chronic health problems and life transitions including divorce/breakup, developmental stages, career, education, grief, and illness. I also enjoy helping clients let go of negative core beliefs formed early in life using EMDR.
I work from a skills based therapy perspective including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral-informed Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I also use trauma informed therapies including EMDR and IFS.
