Thank you for visiting my profile. I work with women, teens, young adults, parents and families. I enjoy working with women to help with life transitions, balance and personal enrichment. If you have been in several modalities of treatment and not seeing results, let's try something new. I also have a soft spot for teens and college students and have much success in a variety of setting with this population. I also enjoy coaching parents of teens. I use an eclectic present focus in my work with clients that is tailored to each individuals needs. In our collaborative and dynamic work together we can and will foster growth and change.
In addition to teens and families, I have extensive experience working with women throughout the various life challenges and stages relating directly to the experience of being female. Whether the challenges you are facing are due to depression, anxiety, marital conflict, trauma history or parenting challenges; I believe I can help.
Being a mother to two teenage stepdaughters has provided me with a unique perspective on parenting as well as blended family issues. I know the struggles that arise, sometimes on a daily basis. I feel my professional training, as well as personal experience have been helpful to parents, teens and women.
