I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and I provide in-office and telehealth counseling throughout Oklahoma, making it easy for you to access quality mental health care wherever you are in our state.
My focus is helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, tailoring treatment to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I am a trauma-informed therapist and use evidence-based types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT).
