I am an integrative, interactive, and eclectic, psychodynamic therapist who takes a firm Jungian approach to therapy, believing that to truly support a person in their healing, we must be willing to navigate their shadows alongside them. It’s through this deep, sometimes uncomfortable work that genuine growth and light are found.
I am a therapist who isn’t afraid to jump into the hole with you and help pull you out, because I believe you belong on the earth’s surface with everyone else.
