I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and currently licensed with the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board. My therapeutic approach is the belief that the counseling process is a collaborative alliance with clients being the expert in their own lives. I specialize in a diverse range of mental health concerns focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, self esteem and trauma. I am currently treating children, teens, young adults and adult women. I am committed to empowering clients with the tools, knowledge and coping strategies they need to live a happy healthy life.
