As both an experienced therapist and a parent of a young adult with ASD, I understand how autism, Asperger's, anxiety or ADHD impacts you and your entire family.
I work with individuals and families of all ages who experience communication and interaction differences. I use a trauma informed, integrated approach of cognitive behavioral, Adlerian, EMDR and coaching strategies. I will work with you to decrease anxiety, improve coping, enhance communication and improve your relationships.
Together we will find the approach to therapy that works best for you while utilizing autism specific tools and techniques to make processing everyday challenges easier.
