When I’ve reached those points in my own life, therapy has helped me find a way forward. Now as a therapist myself, I enjoy helping others get unstuck and move towards wider and freer places - where we build in space to pause and reflect, so you can be intentional about how you live and grow.
I work with all ages, including those experiencing various stressors such as parenting/fostering/caregiving, life transitions, substance use, and various types of trauma. I also specialize in equine-facilitated psychotherapy, which involves horses as part of the healing process, and other experiential therapies (art/nature/smaller animals).
I offer telehealth sessions, with the option to incorporate in-person Equine or Nature-based therapy sessions periodically. Equine therapy sessions are offered in partnership with Equuvation, a nature-based therapy and education center, with locations in Statesville and Winston Salem, North Carolina.
