She uses a holistic approach focusing on the person’s mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in order to help the individual thrive on a deeper level. She utilizes Psychoeducation, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral based interventions. Tamara is experienced in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and gender identity disorder. Her goal is to promote a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing.
