Hi, I’m Tamara. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I’m glad you’re beginning your therapy journey here. I’ve worked in the social work field for 13 years, primarily in hospice and end-of-life care, as well as grief counseling. In my clinical practice, I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, terminal illness, caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue, and many other challenges.
I believe every life moves through many seasons—some that feel heavy, isolating, or overwhelming. My goal is to walk with you through those seasons, side by side, at your pace, offering support, understanding, and a safe space for healing.
I primarily use a Person-Centered Therapy approach, guided by you & your unique needs. My role is to be a compassionate facilitator—listening without judgment & honoring your experiences. Together, we’ll collaborate in a caring & respectful way to identify your strengths, explore areas for growth, & create a plan that supports the goals you want to reach.
Together we can build coping skills & uncover the strengths and resilience already within you. I strive to offer you a safe space for support, understanding, and validation.
