Welcome! I offer compassionate supportive space for clients 8+ to gain practical solutions and relief without a 'one-size-fits-all approach or the feeling of 'just talking' without a plan. English & Spanish. My practice is centered on providing high-level support for trauma, mood disorders, grief or other difficult life transitions and finding your footing again. I bring unique expertise for working with neuro-divergent, gifted and 2E individuals, honoring the deep complex way your mind processes the world. My goal is to help cultivate a sustainable inner resource to meet life's stressors with clarity and confidence.

I believe in a collaborative approach where your lived experience is the compass and my expertise is the guide. Using evidenced based therapies like EMDR, DBT EcoTherapy and others, together we'll work on a personalized strategy designed for long-term emotional resilience.
