You may notice your anxiety showing up in different ways, whether it’s racing thoughts, difficulty making decisions, or feeling it in your body. I’m Tammy Leininger, a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDRia Certified Therapist. I help individuals work through anxiety, trauma, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and freedom.
I use therapy tools that helps you process past experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming or present in your day to day life. We focus not only on the way you think, but also on how your nervous system has learned to react based on past experiences. We identify what's no longer serving you so that you can find ways to move forward in your life.
