Being in the field of mental health since 1994, I've worked in juvenile halls, in-patient mental health hospitals (adults & adolescents),EAP's. I've facilitated court ordered domestic violence treatment groups for men & women and I've maintained a private practice since 2002. Day, evening and weekend hours available. In addition, I am a certified yoga instructor and offer yoga therapy. Combining mind, body, spirit promotes personal growth.
I work w/ people ages 15+ providing individual, family & couples therapy w/ a cognitive-behavioral approach. I offer yoga therapy to integrate the mind/ body connection.
