Be Well Circle -Teen (14+)

A group specifically for teen girls (ages 14-17) who are navigating the unique challenges of adolescence. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, friendships, or just looking for a safe space to talk, this group will provide support, understanding, and practical tools. Please register or contact the group facilitator for more information. The teen support group will begin October 1, 2024. We will be a small group of only 6-8 participants. Our group will be held weekly via HIPAA compliant platform, and though despite not meeting in person, this will be a safe and sacred space.

Shared Hope - Grief Group (Adult Women 18+)

A group designed for adult (18+) women dealing with loss (end of relationships, change in circumstances, death of a loved one, etc.) interested in a supportive and therapeutic space to share about their process, hear about others’ journeys, and explore ways to cope with the loss.
