Tamara focuses her life's work on helping women overcome extensive trauma histories from childhood abuse/neglect and present traumas, including relationship issues and parenting challenges. Tamara works with clients using a strengths based approach focusing on early attachment from a trauma focused approach and utilzies EMDR for effective treatment.
