Hello, I am Tamara Hunter, Founder of Womb Wisdom Wellness. I am committed helping women identify inner strengths to prioritize their mental and emotional wellness. I offer holistic person centered approach to therapy rooted in empowerment, identifying inner strengths which supports growth, self development and inner healing. Together, we will explore and create sustainable coping strategies to assist navigating life's uncertainty while maintaining harmony of your mind, body and spirit.
My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and group therapy. I have specialty training in working with clients experiencing mood reactions related to infertility, pregnancy, reproductive and infant loss, still birth, birth trauma, women’s issues and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
I provide a safe space for clients to engage in and manage their healing process. My approach is supportive, encouraging, respectful, and designed to meet your individual needs. To help you achieve your goal, I incorporate various treatment modalities including Creative Arts Therapy. I’m currently accepting new clients !
