I work with a range of people from those searching for self growth to those struggling with mild to serious mental health issues. I use a variety of approaches including insight oriented, cognitive behavioral, play therapy, sand tray work with children and adult, and trauma work. I believe strongly in the importance of establishing and maintaining the strong therapeutic alliance for the best outcome and for the most genuine, authentic work.
