I have counseled for over 35 years in the private practice setting. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients ranging from adolescents to those in their golden years. I have extensive experience providing individual therapy with highly motivated clients who struggle with mood disorders, high levels of stress and daily management issues. As a certified grief specialist, I treat individuals who are experiencing varying levels of grief from life-shattering events to losses of daily routines and relationships. I see clients who reside in Oklahoma and Colorado via telehealth.
My insight, goal oriented approach enables clients to take owenership of their future. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Approach, Trauma Informed Care and Supportive Therapy in my practice. I also focus on clients who are experiencing varying levels of grief from big, life-shattering events to losses of daily routine and relationships.
As a therapist, I have walked many clients through their crisis and helped them move further along in their individual journey. The overal goal is to help relieve the pain and struggles and to restore stability and pleasure in their lives. For the client's who are struggling with loss, I provide a very safe envinment to slowly address thier grief.
