My approach to therapy is rooted in my values of non-judgment, human connection and to create a safe space to heal. My style is client-centered, strength-based and Psychodynamic. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
