I work with individuals and couples, with a primary focus on helping partners repair trust, improve communication, and reconnect emotionally. I provide a warm, balanced space where both partners feel heard and respected. My role is not to take sides or assign blame, but to help you understand one another more clearly, interrupt painful patterns, and build skills that strengthen trust and connection. Clients are welcome to integrate faith or personal values in a way that aligns with their goals, as we work to clarify key concerns, and begin identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I have helped hundreds of couples address communication breakdowns, infidelity, betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, loss of connection, and I have seen many relationships stabilize and move toward repair—even when facing a planned divorce. I believe meaningful change is possible without starting over with a new partner.
