I will work with you to help enhance your coping skills, functioning, creativity and vitality, as well as gain relief from symptoms and stress, and develop strategies for self-care.
I believe that therapy can be useful and effective. I also believe that some feelings and life situations are too difficult to bear alone. I love the work I do and would feel honored to be part of your journey towards self-discovery and healing.I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and couples in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
