Announcement icon I am offering phone and video sessions via HIPAA secure platform.
I'm a Licensed Psychoanalyst and a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. I have extensive experience working with people coping with depression, PTSD, relationship issues, anxiety and career concerns. I'm also trained as a Psychedelic Integration Psychotherapist which is a specifically focused treatment designed to create meaningful, desirable and durable lifestyle changes.
I collaborate with my clients on all aspects to heal from painful past experiences, and to set and achieve future goals. This often includes addressing family, career, and relationship issues within the treatment as well as recognizing patterns of thinking and/or behavior which may be holding you back.
I'm trained to guide you to find ways to listen to your unconscious processes. I integrate Relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, Authentic Movement, Somatic psychoanalysis, Family dynamics and mindfulness-based therapies. We will work together to determine which approaches work best for you. https://www.linkedin.com/in/tamar-kipnis-ms-ncpsya-lp-bc-dmt-

More about this group

Authentic Movement group

Authentic Movement is a simple form of self-directed movement which emanates from the unfoldings of our unconscious -conscious, sensassions-feelings, images- memories, fantasies and overall creative force . The "mover" usually moves , engaging with their free associations with eyes closed and attention is directed inward while in the presence of at least one "witness". Movers explore spontaneous gestures including stillness, following inner impulses in the present moment. In the workshop we will explore various combinations of Mover- Witness structures which would enhance the capacity of the mover to cultivate/experience inner flow
