I'm a Licensed Psychoanalyst and a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. I have extensive experience working with people coping with depression, PTSD, relationship issues, anxiety and career concerns. I'm also trained in specific trauma evidence base treatments such as Internal Family System, EMDR, and Psychedelic Integration, all are specifically focused treatments designed to create meaningful, desirable and durable lifestyle changes.
I collaborate with my clients on all aspects to heal from painful past experiences, and to set and achieve future goals. This often includes addressing family, career, and relationship issues within the treatment as well as recognizing patterns of thinking and/or behavior which may be holding you back.
I'm trained to guide you to find ways to listen to your unconscious processes. I integrate Relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, Authentic Movement, Somatic psychoanalysis, Family dynamics and mindfulness-based therapies.
