With over 28 years of experience, I provide an integrative approach to healing trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns through Relational Psychoanalysis and Somatic integration. Specializing in IFS, EMDR, and Psychedelic Integration, I help you release experiences stored in the body and unconscious-mind to achieve meaningful, durable lifestyle change.
I collaborate with my clients on all aspects to heal from painful past experiences, and to set and achieve future goals. This often includes addressing family, career, and relationship issues within the treatment as well as recognizing patterns of thinking and/or behavior which may be holding you back.
