Welcome! I work with adults of all ages - especially older adults—navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, social isolation, losses and chronic illness. You may be adjusting to a new phase of life, coping with changes in health, or feeling unsure of who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities. Many of my clients appear calm and capable but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected underneath. You don’t have to go through it alone.

My style can be summarized as a gentle cheerleader. I offer warmth, encouragement, and space for honest reflection—with a little laughter along the way (who says therapy has to be so serious or scary all the time?). I tailor sessions to meet your needs and incorporate tangible tools you can start using right away.
