My experience with a broad range of clients, differing in age, cultural background and life situation has brought me to appreciate a remarkable unifying principle. Hiding in each of us, no matter how hopeless we may feel, are inherent strengths and abilities for self healing - waiting to be found.
My approach to therapy is based on this essential observation. I believe my role is to create a safe space for you to explore your issues and connect with your inner strengths toward building lasting resilience and genuine relationships. My work draws from Psychodynamic theories, Humanistic and Existential Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy.
