I am a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and OCD using EMDR, CPT, CBT, ERP, and other evidence-based treatments. As an Asian-American child of immigrants, I take special care to thoroughly explore ways in which your childhood, upbringing, family of origin, and culture contribute to your mental health. I believe that each individual is unique, so your therapy journey also has to be tailored to you. Whether you are struggling with lifelong mental health difficulties or don't even know where to start, I will work with you as a guide and collaborator to help you get to where you want to be.
My approach follows a person-centered multicultural perspective to support and empower you on this journey. Everyone has the right to happiness and fulfillment.
