Talyn D Olguin, MA, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Tarzana
For most individuals it is difficult to know where to turn when seeking help for depression, anxiety, self-harm, or interpersonal relationships. It is important to find someone who understands and above all someone to trust this change with. It is my belief that it is through this relationship and the will to find the real person underneath the hurt that we grow. By incorporating awareness of the mind, body and spirit there is little an individual cannot overcome. But this requires support and guidance.
I work along side my clients to support and guide them through their own process of changing their lives. My work with families, couples, individuals and teens comes from a place based on creating a solid relationship within the room that permits me to challenge change in a supportive manner.
Everyone deserves the chance to be who they want to be without the added burden of fear or hopelessness impacting their daily life. I believe my client's are stronger than they can see or acknowledge and it is my job to help show them that possibility.
