You don’t need to suffer so much. In these uncertain and unsettling times, I create the safety to explore difficult feelings and navigate challenges in relationships, work, health and spirit. For over thirty years, I have helped couples and individuals let go of the unnecessary suffering that comes when we try to escape the realities of our lives. While I work with a wide variety of clients and issues, one aspect of my approach never changes – we seek truth. I have found that being with the truth of our lives is the most reliable path to positive and lasting change.
As your therapist, I will accompany you (and your partner) on your journey, providing insight, wisdom, and compassion along the way. Your job is to persevere honestly as we uncover and address the factors that contribute to your emotional state and patterns of behavior. Together, we can help you live a more relaxed, connected, meaningful and joyful life.
Whether you suffer from grief, depression, anxiety, or other issues, I invite you to reach out to me to schedule an initial phone or Zoom conversation at no charge. I believe that by cultivating a healing therapeutic relationship that nourishes your strengths and helps build on your resources, you will be more able to embrace life and find greater happiness.
