I am experienced in working with adults and children ages 12+. I provide Telehealth therapy to clients in Colorado and Arizona. I offer 1-hour sessions, weekly or bi-weekly as desired. Together we tailor treatment plans to your needs and preferences, frequently incorporating open dialog, therapeutic feedback, art/journaling, and physical mindfulness work.
