I am passionate about working with diverse populations and helping you navigate through anxiety, depression, and trauma. Perhaps you find it challenging to make realistic goals. Maybe you have a difficult time finding the root of your mental struggles. I aim to meet you where you are. Whether you are incredibly insightful on what is going on or you have no idea where to begin, my goal is to help you get to where you want to be. Together, we can discover of new ways of thinking, finding out your strengths, and utilizing realistic problem-solving skills in your day-to-day life.
