**Now offering medication management** Each of us is on a journey and there will be times where we feel lost, alone, overwhelmed or inadequate. We believe the key to moving past difficulties in your life involves developing greater awareness, understanding, and self-compassion in a safe and affirming space. We will explore what is holding you back, develop skills so you can change unhealthy patterns while gently challenging you to move towards health and wellbeing. We are all resilient and have the inherent ability to change and thrive. Each day offers an opportunity to learn from the past and fully immerse ourselves in the present.
We offer individual counseling to adults, adolescents, children and families, as well as couples counseling. Our therapists specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, relationship issues, and sand tray, to name a few. We have 2 bilingual therapists who work with adults and children. We also offer medication management services for adults.
We believe in a holistic approach that will address all of you; emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.
