I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, and I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted psychotherapy as well as EMDR, and ERP. I use an integrative/eclectic approach while drawing on different evidence based modalities depending on each persons unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients so they they feel empowered in their therapy journey and feel confident in reaching goals they set for themselves.
My background includes working with adults, adolescence, and children who have a trauma history (including PTSD, acute stress, C-PTSD), ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. I utilize an attachment based and trauma informed lens when working with clients while incorporating a family systems perspective.
