I offer therapy for individuals and couples 18 and older. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to meet your unique needs, incorporating evidence-based approaches like Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
