You feel deeply misunderstood, and carry an inner heaviness because you feel like no one really knows you. Maybe you're not quite sure who you are yet. It's showing as depression, anxiety, loneliness and avoidance. You don't have to keep trying to just be better and figure it out it all out on your own. I'm here to offer support and empower you on your journey towards self love, connection, and peace.

Whether you're processing a painful experience or searching for more meaning and authenticity in your life, therapy can help. My approach is creative, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe that understanding your inner world—and how systemic pressures have shaped it—can open the door to real change.

I am a gender-affirming, sex-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who works with pre-teens/teens, adults and couples. Explore identity, gain confidence, and build supportive relationships with fellow LGBTQ+ folks! Together we will explore and reflect on the somatic reactions that the psychodrama activities elicit. Acting out new ways of responding can serve as a kind of "rehearsal" for real life situations and “witnessing” as an audience member can facilitate deep healing through identification with the protagonist followed by somatic process reflection. This group is for LGBTQ+ individuals ages 14-35 who are struggling with their identity, social anxiety, depression, isolation, and are looking for support and want to build relationships within the queer community.
