I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over nine years of clinical experience, including extensive work with complex trauma. I recently earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing licensure as an LCPC in Illinois. At Myndfl, I provide a compassionate, and person-centered approach, helping clients understand patterns, heal from past experiences, and build meaningful, lasting change. I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, integrating talk therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), art therapy, breathwork, somatic approaches, and mindfulness when appropriate.
Success comes from the integration of person-centered, trauma-informed, family systems and somatic therapeutic approaches. Listening with multicultural competence is a priority. You will find yourself in an environment that is relaxed, judgment-free, genuine, and unconditionally supportive so you feel welcomed, seen and heard.
