We will work on two levels- gaining insight, while also learning tools and strategies to reduce your pain.
I have training and experience working with a variety of treatment modalities and will thoughtfully tailor my approach to your particular needs. I take an active approach in session, utilizing a therapeutic stance that combines being nurturing with using our rapport to gently challenge you, in a manner that feels safe.
I work with adolescents, college/graduate students, and adults. I also provide anti bias education and bully prevention programming.
